New cleaning list intervention - results
In this apartment, people didn’t use the cleaning list yet but they have been starting communicating because of it. A simple white piece of paper and a new cleaning list created communication between the residents!
I am a master student at AHO - Oslo school of Architecture and Design, doing my diploma in service design. This blog is about my field studies in a SiO student accommodation in Oslo, which I would like to improve through better services.
